OUR STRUCTURE

Our three-tier model is designed to be democratic, effective, and scalable. Every member has a pathway to influence.

A Model for Representation

Real change will not come from above. It must be built from the ground up, by communities taking action together. That is why Heritage Australians creates representation through a three-tier structure that begins in our local neighbourhoods and grows into a strong national voice. This structure guarantees that every member has a place to stand, and every community a voice that cannot be ignored.

 Tier 1: Local Associations

Change begins in our own communities. Local Associations give every member the chance to participate where they live. They provide a way to organise together, strengthen local bonds, and take action on the issues that matter close to home. They are the foundation of Heritage Australians: communities building representation through local action, one step at a time.

 Tier 2: State Associations

When local voices come together, they create something greater. State Associations unite Regional Associations, coordinating strategy, sharing successes, and driving the movement forward. This is where local action grows into state-wide momentum and influence.

 Tier 3: National Peak Body

At the national level, our people speak with one voice. The National Peak Body unites the strength of every state, carries the collective mandate of Heritage Australians, and represents our community with authority on the national stage. This is how we reclaim our place in Australian public life.

This structure is built from the ground up, by our people and for our people. It grows stronger with every community that joins and every member who takes part.
